"When my agent of many years retired I was searching for an office that had amazing customer service and staff that was willing to work through the many issues involved with fire insurance coverage as the result of the Sonoma County fires. I connected with several State Farm offices in Sonoma County because fire insurance was getting very complicated. I was disappointed when my calls weren't returned. When State Farm notified me they would not be renewing my fire policy it was very difficult to find any provider to issue a fire policy. The result was California Fair Plan....and getting adequate replacement coverage was difficult. I called Erica Bishop's State Farm Office in Cloverdale and left a message.
